Aged & Disability Support Services (ADSS) is uniquely a charitable entity operating as a not-for-profit business. Which means we reinvest every dollar back into better care, services and equipment for our clients – we’re trusted in our community for a good reason.

We began our journey in education and training, specialising in aged care and disability support. Our commitment to high-quality, person-centred education built strong foundations in compassion, skill, and professional excellence. As our passion for empowering learners grew, we naturally expanded into direct care services. Today, our experienced trainers and graduates work together to deliver exceptional support to the community. This unique connection between training and practice ensures the highest standards of care while nurturing confident, capable, and compassionate support workers.

We proudly support people of all ages to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible, offering personalised aged care and disability support across the Gold Coast.
